About PRYT Practitioner

Elaine Lang RN, MS, RYT

Elaine's dharma is sharing the gift of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in the soothing space at Body & Soul. She allows peacefulness to arise, then tenderly invites recipients to explore the buried aspects of themselves. She trusts that those who take the journey within will discover how to unleash the energy bound up in the shadow and harness it to live life with more peace, more joy and more love.

Elaine is a woman becoming. She is a student of yoga, meditation, and tribal style belly dance; a storyteller, a yoga teacher, a meditation instructor, and a phoenix rising yoga therapy practitioner.

Yoga Class Schedule/How To Schedule a Session

Elaine's intention when teaching hatha yoga classes is to honor the principles of Kripalu and Iyengar yoga. She teaches meditation based on the ancient philosophy and science of yoga, lovingly shared by Swami Shyam. Elaine teaches yoga and meditation at several locations in Spartanburg, including Body & Soul.

Please call or email for a current schedule, or to inquire about new possibilities.
