Financial Policies
Our intention in having and adhering to financial policies is to conserve energy spent with computers, billing systems, postage meters, etc. so that we can keep ourselves available to you in your learning process. We appreciate your support and understanding in these matters.
For all programs:
A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks. A $15 late fee will be charged for payments received after the due date.
Program Withdrawals and Refunds
Program withdrawals must be made either in writing or by phone directly with the Phoenix Rising office. Program staff are not authorized to accept withdrawals or cancellations. Refunds will be paid by check or credit card credit within one month after the request is received. If you withdraw on or after the program start date, there are NO REFUNDS and you are responsible for paying the entire balance.
PRYT Levels 1 and 2, Phoenix Rising Yoga Teacher Training Modules
Registrations must be accompanied by a $100 non-refundable deposit for each level. Participants are not considered registered until this deposit is received. $75 of the deposit is transferable ONE time only to the SAME program for up to one year ONLY WHEN the participant withdraws at least 10 days before the program begins, OTHERWISE the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. $25 of the deposit is retained as a transfer fee. Registrations must be received in the Phoenix Rising office at least 10 days before a program begins. Registrations arriving after that date will be accepted on a space available basis.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for all programs. Your first payment will include a $25 one-time Billing Fee per program for each payment plan. A minimum payment of $200 per program per month is required. Once the program begins, an additional 1% interest will be charged monthly to your balance. At any time, you may choose to pay the full balance due to avoid further interest charges.

Program “No Shows”
If a student does not attend the program for which s/he is registered and does not give the Phoenix Rising Office at least 10 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
PRYT Level 3
Payment Plan
An 8-month payment plan is available for Level 3. You will receive a payment contract with your application packet which outlines the terms.
Refund policy program fees (excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit):
$500 of the entire program fee is non-refundable. $450 of that deposit is transferable for up to one year to a Level 3 program for the same applicant. $50 of that deposit is retained by Phoenix Rising as a transfer fee. To transfer this amount, you must notify the Phoenix Rising office 10 days before the program start date (December 1 or June 1).

Additional financial policies regarding work that is submitted late, program extensions, program completion postponements, and any activity that extends the students needs for completion beyond the program dates as they are set are outlined in the student manual which you will receive with your acceptance letter.
