What do I do
as a practitioner?
I guide you gently into your body utilizing mindfulness breathing during
a body scan. Through meditation, awareness, and a loving presence, I
hold a sacred space for you to explore. I respect that you have all
your answers. I bring warmth, empathy, and compassion to your session.
I place you into fully supported yoga postures where you will continue
to explore your physical body. The postures chosen are based on what
is triggered emotionally or physically during our dialog. I utilize
dialogue to assist you in deepening your awareness and connection to
your body, mind and spirit. The dialogue is client-centered to create
a space for you to explore what is going on in your body and mind at
a deeper level of awareness. The integration, at the end of the session,
promotes connection between your physical, mental and everyday life.
There you have the opportunity to realize your answers and heal. So
many times we look outside for help and guidance. PRYT promotes you
as your own healer and you as knowing all your answers. I am here to
guide you through your process of establishing that connection. PRYT
promotes awareness of that space in us that is all knowing. In general,
when we are in the yoga zone, when we are truly feeling, we have awareness.
As a PRYT, I guide you to this space of deeper awareness, where you
connect with all answers to promote healing transformation.

Partner
This class is designed to increase intimacy, trust, empathy, compassion
and connection. You will explore postures while assisting and being
assisted. To add the realm of contact between two people practicing
asana, opens a new way of seeing, feeling, being and relating to yourself
and to your partner. The energy, discovery, growth and connection is
blissful and transformative. To truly feel and be open with the touch
and sense of anotheršs essence brings a new light into your practice.

In this class, students use props to place themselves in selected restorative
postures. Each posture is held for 5-10 minutes. Your body is fully
supported by the props in these rejuvenating postures. This class focuses
on reducing stress in your body and mind, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness
breathing, letting go, allowing time for your body to heal, and building
anew.
Child
Child yoga is a fun and light way of introducing yoga to children from
ages 5-8. We concentrate on making yoga fun. We enjoy stories, games,
and singing all tied to the principles and practice of yoga. The class
is geared to teaching asana and the principles of yoga in a way that
is accessible to children. Children seem to like the asanas tied to
fun stories and enjoy practicing mindfulness through singing, dancing
and meditating.
Remedial
Remedial practices are specific types of postures that are selected
and integrated into a practice for different types of ailments or injuries.
Such as lower back pain, sciatica, PMS, stomach problems ect. The asanas
selected are traditionally known to aid in healing and helping students
with specific blocks, injuries or pain.
Personalized
This class is designed to match the individual needs of each student.
The postures will be integrated into a personalized asana practice for
each individual student. Time constraints, physical limitations or special
circumstances all play a role in creating a healthy asana practice.
Special care is placed on going over personal history, personal growth,
past injuries and current obstacles. After a though assessment, we will
create your yoga practice that is healthy for you. I will then teach
you each posture and assist you through your personalized asana practice.
Guided Meditation
Class
I invite you to create a sangha in which together we practice mediation.
This guided meditation consists or rituals, precepts, gathas, guided
relaxation, mindfulness movements and breathing. The techniques remind
us to connect with our breath and mindfulness breathing is awareness.
The meditations are mostly based on Zen but also include other styles
of meditation.

Testimonials
from clients...
Dear
Kellie, I just wanted to spend a minute thanking you for the PRYT
session that you conducted with me. I am a 31 year old mother of two.
I would recommend PRYT for any age or gender. I really got a lot out
of the time I spent with you. The assisted positions really helped me
get some emotions out. The PRYT session was extremely helpful both physically
and emotionally. I entered feeling emotionally depressed and stressed
out. I left feeling self confident, healthy, and refreshed. Thank you
very much, Tonia Ricci Salem, NH
Dear
Kellie, I just wanted to give you some feedback on the Yoga for
Children classes that my children attended. Your instruction was great!
Both my children loved each session and couldnšt wait for the next session
to come. Isabella age 7 and Michael age 11 really enjoyed your instruction
at each Yoga Session. Michael and Isabella loved learning new postures,
loved the music associated with the classes, and enjoyed all the spiritual
aspects involved in Yoga including their first OM conducted at the end
of each session. My son Michael who is a difficult to handle ADHD child
especially took a liking to YOGA. Michael would get out his Yoga mat
and CD and show me all the new postures he has learned when he got home.
Yoga is excellent for children with ADHD. Yoga is one of the few things
that Michael has kept interest in. The breathing techniques and stretches
did help my son become a more relaxed calm child. From time to time
when Michaelšs ADHD symptoms are at their peak, I will put on the Yoga
music you recommended and practice some postures with him. This has
been very helpful in dealing with Michaelšs ADHD. The kids really miss
you and there yoga sessions. Thank you, Tonia Ricci Salem, NH
Last
year, I was introduced to Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy through a workshop
given by Kelli Delli Colli. At the time I signed up for it, I did not
know what PRYT was I just knew I needed to be there. Within days,
my 19 year marriage collapsedKelli and PRYT became two critical life
saving resources. Over the next 12 weeks and with Kellišs compassion,
empathy, and our PRYT sessions, I was able to transform my life and
create something new. Through my journey of self un-coverery, I gained
insight into myself and resolved my own issues without having someone
tell me, "well, I think you should do this!" Uncovering my life was
not always easy in fact, some of the sessions were incredibly painful
sometimes it is hard to look at yourself with your inner mirror and
acknowledge your own buried hurt but itšs worth it. And Kelli is incredible
her selflessness, sense of caring, compassion, and empathy are what
make her not just a wonderful therapist, but an amazing human being.

Dear
Kellie, Just wanted to acknowledge you and thank you for your true
presence and awareness during my Phoenix Rising session. You created
a space that allowed for me to take myself to my edges emotionally.
This session came at a time of major changes in my life and greatly
assisted me in doing what had to be done. It empowered me to find my
own answers. Išve spent countless hours in therapy during the course
of my life and Išve never experienced anything like what I did during
my PRYT session. PRYT brought me right into the present moment via my
physical body. Išm thankful for the gift PRYT has brought to my life.
Itšs helped me to realize that there is nothing outside of myself that
I need. All is within me. Thank you, Melinda Mason, MA
Dear
Kellie, I also had the chance to attend your partner yoga class.
What a beautiful practice. I was able to touch a deeper place in my
practice regarding my relationships to others and myself! Truly being
able to listen and assist with out forcing and being open to being assisted.
My experience was the closest Išve felt to my enlightened Buddha Nature.
The balancing of the polarities, push/pull, hold/release, basking in
complete oneness with the Cosmos. Thank you for creating a sacred space
and I thank the Cosmos for the gifts you have and so freely give. Blessings,
Melinda Mason, MA
