Articles about Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
I was thankful for Anna's sense of caring, gentle presence - very nourishing and helpful in my deepening awareness. |

I feel very good about how this session ended. I was very concerned about how I would transition from the session back to the "real world" if we went really "deep." We did go really deep! But I felt that you tied up the "loose ends" very well so that I am leaving feeling very complete. |

The session was very mind expanding and enabled me to get in touch with my emotions and increase my spiritual connection. What really worked was the feelings of being freed and being open to a release of mind and body. |

Anna Noah, certified Phoenix Rising yoga therapist, yoga instructor, and Relax and Renew® trainer, offers Phoenix Rising yoga therapy and therapeutic restorative yoga to clients in San Diego and La Mesa, California.
Anna's long career as an archaeologist taught her to sift mindfully through layers of time, uncovering clues to reveal ancient truths. Now, as a Phoenix Rising yoga therapist, Anna has shifted her focus to clients living in the present, but the process of guiding them, layer by layer, to their own deeper truths is not unlike doing archaeology. As clients tune into their bodies and talk about what they are experiencing in a Phoenix Rising session, memories, images, thoughts, and emotions may be uncovered, leading to answers to one's most important questions.
In addition to her one-on-one yoga therapy work, Anna teaches yoga at various locations in the San Diego area to healthy adults, senior citizens, health-challenged individuals, and children. She loves working with all ages and abilities.
