Michael Lee added elements of contemporary psychology congruent
with yoga psychology to create a powerful, safe, and effective path
to wellness. A path that goes beyond the mind...even beyond the
body....
This
is SOUL WORK
We
believe that true healing takes place from the inside out. And that
healing goes hand in hand with self-awareness. Through assisted
yoga postures and guided breathing, you are safely brought to your
edge of physical sensation - the amount of stretch for you that
feels "just right"- not too much and not too little. Here,
with focused awareness and practitioner support you enter a dialogue.
It's not about fixing or analyzing anything. You simply tune in
and listen to your body's wisdom without judgment or the need to
change anything. You may release underlying tension, emotions, or
beliefs that have manifested in chronic pain. And you may feel deeply
relaxed as a result.

Rising Yoga Therapy is delivered one on one. Your skilled practitioner
can create a session that's just right for you regardless of your
yoga experience or level of flexibility or physical condition. If

Usually
one to one and a half hours.
HOW
MUCH DOES IT COST?
Each practitioner
sets his or her own fees. Typically a session can cost anywhere
from $50 to $125 depending upon location and the individual practitioner's
fee schedule.
WHAT
DO I WEAR?
A
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Session is delivered with clothes on.
Wear loose, comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
DO
I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No.
Just yourself and a willingness to explore something new and different.
WILL
IT HURT?
No!
You will work within the limits of your own tolerance for discomfort.
Your practitioner will help you do that safely and without pain.
