| You rock, Pam! As you know, working with you has been the most transformative, life-enhancing thing I have ever done. You are such a gift, an open vessel that allows whatever it is that heals us - love, god, understanding, empathy, spirit, etc - to work unfettered. |
— Phil
| I was amazed at many of the things that have come up during our sessions. I have found a lot of peace as a result. |
—Marian
| I was able to express my anger and pain without feeling judged and without coercion. With past therapists, my process was always interfered with my the therapist’s assumptions. In the PRYT sessions, I feel empowered as the primary healer of myself. |
— Sage
| Pam has developed a way of physically supporting you in yoga postures and of listening to your inner voice. This helps the client allow themselves to be more supported and to better trust their inner wisdom, as they move into the outer world. |
— Joel,
retired psychology professor
| I have sought healing for about a decade, having endured chronic physical and emotional distress. My experience with various healing modalities is extensive. PRYT with Pam has been among the most efficient healing processes I have encountered. I prefer it to traditional psychotherapy, as it cultivates self-discovery and inner wisdom, which stimulates spontaneous release of stuck emotions and reveals destructive thought patterns. For me this journey has unlocked the door to new ideas and a joyful life path. |
— client
| I benefitted by learning to relax and being able to talk about things and cope with things I can not change. |
— Margie
| I felt like I got a good workout. My muscles felt lovely and strong afterwards. |
— Marah
| I believe I benefitted by PRYT in that it has helped me cope with a lot of stress as well as relieveing stress which had the effect of givine me the feeling of being paralyzed. In other words, PRYT has helped me “move on.” |
—Cynthia
| I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I was sharing my issues with Pam. From the very first session, I was able to relate to her things that I only tell my closest friends. I also did not expect the emotion that I was able to release during the sessions. I came away feeling exhausted (in a good way) and as if a weight had been lifted. It was a great experience it. I highly recommend it. |
— Loretta
| Pam is to be commended for her patience! Also, she makes a great effort to customize the treatment to the needs of the person, which of course results in a better outcome. |
